This version includes a number of bug fixes and UI improvements. New since version 18.0: Premium Timer The new premium Timer offers hundreds of long-form ambient sounds and soundscapes from around the world. Drift away to mesmerizing water and wildlife sounds, Binaural Beats, Chakra-balacing mantras, Solfeggio Tones and Sound Healing. The new premium Timer also includes 30 beautifully recorded starting Bells, including flutes, chimes and drums. Premium Guided Meditations Our teachers have frequently asked for solutions to publish their most sought-after tracks on Insight Timer, instead of withholding them exclusively for sale on their personal websites. With the launch of premium tracks, our Plus subscribers can now access thousands of new studio-quality premium guided meditations and music tracks from their favorite teachers without having to leave the app. Challenges Anytime Our Challenges, led by top experts in mindfulness, psychology, and spirituality have become one of our most popular features with hundreds of thousands of participants over the last 18 months.
